Доброго всем дня! 
Снова я создаю тему — просто убедился что на форуме сидят крутые и неравнодушные к чужим проблемам профессионалы, и вот сейчас сам не знаю что делать, поэтому снова решил обратиться к вам))
Итак проблема — Redshift вылетает с ошибкой «Writing Redshift crash dump to C:UsersprajdN7AppDataLocalTempRedshift20180810-115714-1164-5456.dmp»
Это происходит в конце того, когда он заканчивает просчитывать освещение, и переходит к рендеру. У меня есть несколько версий: на жестком диске не хватает места чтобы записать временный файл, нет прав создать временный файл, или файловая система не позволяет создать файл такого размера.
Но с другой стороны стоит Windiows 10, жесткий диск SSD, свободно 150 гигабайт. Пробовал создавать файлы в этой директории — нормально создаются.
В общем я уж и не знаю что делать 
Выручите пожалуйста, если не трудно конечно.
Причем на этих же настройках, но в меньшем разрешении он нормально рендерит.
Видяхи 2: GeForce 750Ti 2 Gb и 1060 6 Gb.
Когда вы используете две видео карты (то лучшее это использование идентичных видеокарт по количеству видеопамяти) — доступная видео память устанавливается по нижнему регистру видеокарты. простыми словами — В данном случае redshift будет использовать только 2 гига видео памяти (равное памяти 750Ti) ..
Лучше отключите 750Ti из настроек GPU устройств в RedShift (можно ещё 3д макс ребутнуть после этого)
Поэтому скорее всего, когда вы делаете рендер маленького разрешения экрана — он как раз умещается в памяти 2ух гиг.
Да, только что попробовал рендерить с 1060 6 gb — все равно вылетает.
А вот функция out of core — она как? Я не нашел как ее в синьке включить, но говорят она выручает?
Вы уж извините за глупые вопросы))

Удивительно — переключил режим Primary GI Engine на Brute Force — и заработало))

I have just downloaded redshift and its loads fine but when I go to render an output, I get error (-17) License error: Error communicating with license server.
I have disabled my firewalls and antivirus to check if this is the problem and it didnt help.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working? Desperate to get RS working for Houdini as I am a student and my academic facilities have shut downa, I dont have access to the softwares they would normally provide.

Try uninstall Redshift. Windows: C:/ProgramData/Redshift -> Uninstall. Then clear other logs under that folder. Reinstall Redshift and open-up your redshift license manager and they will ask you to unlock your license on previous machine(and you only have 3 chances to do that. If run out of unlocks, try email their support.) After that launch houdini again, you’ll be good to go.

RTX 3080 и Redshift
Хауди Хо! Друзья.
Приобрел тут карточку RTX 3080 (прошу сильно не бить или хотя б не пинать, да достать её было не просто) Карточка отменная, но тема не об этом.
Redshift её не видит, совсем. Только самая последняя его демоверсия с сайта (v3.0.31), на всех предыдущих, включая народную либо вылетает, либо черный экран с надписью: error No compatible GPUs detected! Rendering will be disabled.
Что очень печально. Для всех кто скажет, что раз уж можешь позволить себе видеокарту, то и софт новый купи, производителя поддержи, скажу, что не согласен. Видекарточку покупаешь лет на 5 и более, используешь её для моря задач, софт же за почти такую же цену покупаешь только для 1, да и по их политики приобретать его надо каждый год заново. Была хотя б подписка по месяцам еще подумал, но так не потяну. Помимо это не использую его для коммерческих целей, а чисто для себя, хобби ради. Если бы на нем деньги зарабатывал, то и вопрос не стоял, так я всецело за поддержку разработчиков, т.к. сам в какой-то степени им являюсь. А и да, еще мы живем в России и по нашим з.п. цена на него выше раза в 3 выходит).
Так вот, это очень грустно, поэтому если уж не решить проблему (чего очень хотелось бы, за что готов даже пожертвовать некоторые суммы, не только себя ради, но и людей, которые в дальнейшем могут приобрести эту карточку, для кого это важно) то хотя б у разбирающихся в этом людей спросить, вроде того что в v-ray еще года 2017 GPU CUBA её видит без проблем и рендерит хорошо, так почему её может не видеть Redshift? Это на программном уровне у них блок идет? Или есть какая возможность обмануть программу подменой, заставить её драйверами думать, что это другая карточка? Может какие еще способы можно попробовать? Ну или на худой конец, демоверсия последняя Редшифта имеет полный функционал, только вотермарки вставляет (причем даже не на все пассы, только некоторые) и может без проблем работать без сети, неужели их так сложно убрать что её уже несколько лет не могут взломать? Или это никому не надо просто? Рад услышать ваши идеи, предложения, комментарии, хейт) Давайте обсудим эту тему, может даже кому пригодится в дальнейшем.

I am trying to render using redshift and maya is saying that the current stage is Idle and No devices are found.
I didn’t have any issues installing redshift and having it auto load. Any ideas how to fix this?

In Redshift forums found some similar issue, and what they suggest is to get the Redshift (the latest is v3.0.37) and nvidia drivers upgrade. See if this fixes your case. It’s more likely you will find the support in Redshift forums, than here, however please post your solution here, as their forum is not in the surface web, not google’able.

prolly gonna get better help in the redshift forum, but what are you expecting with a 750ti lol. not only is it pretty slow, its also 6gb short of the minimum spec of 8gb vram for redshift

I’ve been seeing that Monterrey has memory leaks and doesn’t autopurge its vram.

Where did you read this, would like to read more about it. I’m also on Monterey, and got this error. I’m also noticing that my GPU’s are throttling, and I don’t think it’s a temperature thing.

This is a late response haha But try to reduce the Irradiance Point Cloud Memory and Irradiance Cache Memory to 128. I had the same problem.

Всем привет. решил попробовать cinema 4D в связке с redshift. синька отказывается рендерить, пишет следующее: rendershift cannot operate with less that 128MB of free VRAM. Frame rendering aborted. if you,re using multiple GPUs, please ensure that SLI is disabled in the NVIDIA covtrol panel(use the option Disable multi-GPU mode) как я понял ему не хватает памяти видеокарты. Видяха GTX 680(1шт.) . Если с 680 ой ни как, то какую видеокарту стоит купить? желательно в пределах 10-14 тыс.руб. За ранее спасибо.
проблема уже решена. Не была установлена cuda. Ранее просто не сталкивался с гпу рендерами. работал тоько с вреем.
Привет друг, я тоже установил редшифт, запускаю рендер на redshift+C4D, а он использует CPU на 17% а GPU на 7%. Windows 10 карта nvidia 1080 ti. проц i7-7700. оперативы 32 гига, почему так слабо загружен GPU и возможно ли загрузить сильнее, ответьте пожалуйста?
